Our pizza bases are handmade. As is our pizza sauce. Our pulled pork is slowed cooked with a smoked hickory sauce. The cajun chicken is poached in cajun spices. We are working on our mozzarella cheese recipe and ham recipes.
Hamburgers patties are locally source meat . Hamburger bun are artisan buns from a local bakery.
We use great potatoes for our fried chips with a choice of bacon or chicken salt.
